Such great overall experience. Well appointed and exceptionally comfortable hotel located in a central area right by Arequipa, the centre, and the main plaza. Unbeatable location, a 10-15 minute walk from a grand square. Central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Large bedrooms, really kind and nice staff.

The hotel property was comfortable with an incredible and good location close to central Arequipa and Santa Catalina monastery. the rooms were spotless, brand-new, and complete with bathrooms, super comfy beds, and a balcony. - the staff at the venue were amiable all the time. - Loved our wonderful stay at this hotel and would love to return.

The location was unbeatable, not too far away from the Church of San Agustin, and within walking distance of everything.

Thank you for an excellent stay. It is a beautifully appointed and great property located in the Historical Center district adjacent to the main square. - the staff is very welcoming. - the hotel has a great location in the heart of the Historic District.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and quiet with a double pane window. The breakfast consisted of eggs, bread, and fresh juice. The shower room was superb. The location was convenient and within walking distance of main attractions and restaurants.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with a lovely Nativity scene and accentuating lights. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was like being in a well-loved home. The rooms were clean and spacious, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the main square, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace with views of the monastery was a delightful way to start the day.

The street noise was a bit of an issue, as the street had been altered from its original pedestrian design. On Saturday night, there was some noise coming from a nearby club, but it didn't prevent a fairly good night's rest.

We had a fantastic 6-night stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Plaza de Armas. The breakfast served on the terrace with beautiful views was a great way to start the day. We appreciated the hot water in the bathroom and the reliable wifi. The hotel even provided us with a bag of goodies for breakfast when we had to leave early.
